Part 1/2 Salesman: Sam and Rebecca The purchasing process has been frustrating. Sam, although is good in communicating goes silent after a while as he has too many customers to handle. Attention to detail is lacking and it shows in the end product. Installation was straight forward however the customer service is poor. Due to the lack in attention to detail - the order had many issues as follows: 1. Items were not exactly as specified. 2. Some materials were replaced with particle boards when it was specified that playwood material was the specification. Replaced without informing. 3. Accessories were not as specified. Replaced without informing. 4. Cut-outs for sink positining was wrong. 5. Missing basic items such as soft closing hinges. At this day and age, soft closing should be a standard item and it was explicitly specified in the documents. 6. All hardware was specified as BLUM, some were replaced with DTC. 7. Sink cabinet carcass was in a different color (plain white)
